The Dignitary ratified that only a people conscious of its role is capable of facing what the Venezuelan people have challenged “in these years of unlimited aggression of the US imperialism.”
It has been this scenario in the midst of which “a civic-military union of the Bolivarian Revolution has forged,” he said, enumerating that “the Bolivarian Rebellion of February 4 had two purposes: To bury two centuries of betrayals and to open the doors to Venezuela towards new independence. The 4F was not a coup d’état
In this line, he indicated that February 4 was not a coup d’état because it was not financed by the gringos. “Because it was not a coup by the oligarchy, it was by the middle road: For now and forever a revolutionary and Bolivarian rebellion against the corrupt oligarchy and imperialism and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).”
