Minister Arreaza evaluates productive projects with the ambassadors of Russia, Belarus, and Turkey

This Tuesday, Jorge Arreaza, People’s Power Minister for Industries and National Production, met the ambassadors in Venezuela Sergey Mélik-Bagdasárov (Russia), Andrei Leonidovich Molchan (Belarus), and Şevki Mütevellioğlu (Turkey).  Together they reviewed the agenda of productive projects and new formulas for joint investment.

“In Venezuela, industrial processes have powerful allies,” Minister Arreaza highlighted on his Twitter account @jaarreaza after meeting in Caracas with the diplomats.

Russia, Belarus, and Turkey maintain a broad cooperation agenda with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in different sectors, upon the basis of mutual respect, reciprocal benefit, and shared development.

“In a constructive and cordial atmosphere we discussed today with the Minister of People’s Power for Industries and National Production, Jorge Arreaza, a broad productive agenda of bilateral strategic cooperation in favor of the prosperity of both nations,” said the Russian ambassador.

This Tuesday, Minister Arreaza also received the national coordinator of the Country Program of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Franco Silva.

Venezuela signed in 2018 the UNIDO Country Program 2018-2021 to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development throughout the nation, to promote employment, trade, and investment.
