The People’s Power Minister of Industries and National Production, Jorge Arreaza, announced that the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, has authorized the creation of the Office of the Vice-Minister for Small and Medium Industry and New Productive Forms.
The Minister specified through his Twitter account @jaarreazaza that the office will be assumed by Diana Castillo.
Diana Castillo is a geographer who graduated from the University of the Andes (ULA) with a Master’s degree in Social Policies and Local Management from the University of Art and Social Sciences (U-ARCIS), Santiago, Chile.
During the last years, she has held management positions at the People’s Power Ministry for Science and Technology; People’s Power Ministry for University Education, and at the National Experimental University of the Arts (UNEARTE), among other.
