On February 18 and 19, Diques y Astilleros Nacionales Company (DIANCA), held the 3rd DIANCA 2022 Business Meeting in Puerto Cabello, Carabobo State. The event brought together national and international companies from different sectors.
At the closing of this fair, the People’s Power Minister Industries and National Production, Jose Gregorio Biomorgi, pointed out that this type of meeting shows that the Venezuelan people “push towards the same objective hand in hand with President Maduro. He is leading us to this stage of political stability that we have in the country today.”
The 3rd DIANCA 2022 Business Meeting brought together public and private companies; and national and international ship-owners to achieve an effective integration that allows the development of Venezuela as power through the re-promotion of the technical and operational capabilities of the naval sector, to fulfill the third historical objective of the Homeland Plan.
“Here we see logistic service companies, specialized technical service, State and private companies rendering services to a great national company which is DIANCA, which is recovering and rising as a single government,” he indicated.
Minister Biomorgi also highlighted the progress of the industrial sector and its significance in national development.
“We are taking a significant step in the development of our homeland; now there are initiatives everywhere that have called entrepreneurship or innovation. A clear example is that we have taken giant steps in the industrial sector to achieve technological sovereignty,” Added.
In this regard, the president of DIANCA, Rear Admiral Luis Enrique Castillo, pointed out that this business meeting was successful due to the broad reception it received from the interested parties. “In the first meeting, 11 companies participated. In the second 19 companies, and for this one, 192 companies are participating. Of which 46 are offering their services in the stands”, he said.
On the other hand, the People’s Power Minister for Transportation, Hipolito Abreu, indicated that Venezuela is currently going through a new stage that could be called a counter-offensive. “Where we are developing all our technical and organic capacity with a very different vision from the one we had. Because today we do take into account the great potential we have as a country.”
Within this framework, he requested the support of the Governor of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, to continue promoting these significant calls that allow us to discover the operational virtues of the transportation sector in alliance with different industries of the country.
Potentialities of Venezuela
For his part, the Regional President celebrated the organization of this business meeting. He also highlighted the potential and projections for the development of Venezuela, a country that “is condemned to success.”
“The role of a politician is to motivate people; to tell them that there is nothing and nobody that from now on can turn back what this country has already started: a rebirth as a country,” he stressed.
Governor Lacava expressed his support to continue promoting all the initiatives proposed in Carabobo from a business, industrial and commercial point of view.
